Description
You will support sales through technical integration of cryptography software and hardware into large manufacturers and enterprises in Japan, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams. Help shape the company's growth in Japan by understanding customer requirements and collaborating with Sales and Engineering.
Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese language and business culture.
- Engineering degree desired.
- 5-10 years of FAE/sales engineering experience with a history of success.
- Experience with hardware IP cores, security software, or embedded solutions to OEMs or security vendors.
- Experience supporting complex technical sales cycles to large enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic accounts by identifying requirements and demonstrating technical solutions.
- Educate prospects on products and technology, including creating demos.
- Document technical communication with customers, including Q&A and Statements of Work.
- Identify technical steps to close opportunities and collaborate with Engineering.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on strategic sales approach.
