You will deliver actionable intelligence to support People, Recruiting, and Operations functions, manage HR systems and data, and streamline core processes like recruiting and onboarding. This role is foundational to building infrastructure for a fast-growing defense tech company.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of professional experience
• Exceptional generalist problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ownership mindset and excitement to roll up sleeves
• Comfort with ambiguity and balancing multiple stakeholders
• Basic understanding of HR/Recruiting processes and metrics, strong Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable intelligence to support People, Recruiting, and Operations
• Manage People systems infrastructure, develop data models, ensure data quality
• Streamline core People processes: recruiting, onboarding, performance management
• Take on ad hoc projects such as standing up new systems and building automations
• Execute both recurring and ad-hoc analytical work
