💼 About This Role

You'll lead Neutron mechanical system production for Rocket Lab's next-generation medium-lift launch vehicle. You'll manage quality, schedules, and a team of technicians while providing design-for-manufacture feedback to engineering. This is your opportunity to build a rocket from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead up to 20 technicians assembling mechanical components and assemblies
• Own health and safety compliance and safety culture
• Plan work to 3-month horizon with engineering and program management
• Conduct root-cause analysis and authorize release of flight components
• Conduct performance reviews and develop leadership in direct reports

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 8+ years relevant industry experience
• 5+ years in aviation/aerospace manufacturing
• Proven ability to manage resources for production rate increases
