Description

You will partner across the organization to identify and manage business inefficiencies, support key performance metrics, and drive data-driven decisions. You'll own insights generation for a major business unit and present findings to leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years technical work experience using analytical tools and writing reports
• 2+ years working with large datasets and distilling insights
• 2+ years experience in SQL (filter, aggregate, build CTEs)
• 2+ years building robust data models
• 1+ years experience with Looker or other BI/data visualization tools

Responsibilities

• Own insights generation and follow-up for a major business unit
• Analyze data to support data-driven decisions
• Present findings in a clear, concise manner to non-technical colleagues
• Enhance operational and analytical dashboards
• Collaborate across the organization to identify actions and monitor initiative impact
