You'll investigate insurance policies for fraud while delivering a positive customer experience. You'll work in Marshmallow's fast-growing, unicorn-backed fintech team and build skills in fraud prevention and underwriting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review policy details and supporting documents for fraud signs
• Apply investigative tools to assess policy validity
• Contact customers to request additional information or resolve discrepancies

• Proven experience in customer service
• Analytical skills to identify patterns or inconsistencies in data
• Experience collaborating within teams to achieve goals
