💼 About This Role

You'll lead, develop, and inspire an SME Account Management team, driving dealer performance and growth on a leading car-changing platform. You'll balance people leadership with operational excellence and commercial impact. This role is critical in shaping team culture and delivering against departmental objectives.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coach and develop a team of Account Managers with varying skill sets.
  • Own team productivity, performance, and morale against departmental targets.
  • Act as escalation point for operational decisions including dealer disputes.
  • Drive best-in-class account management practices and upsell adoption.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a people leader with a track record of coaching.
  • Strong commercial acumen in account growth and revenue-driving activities.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and make confident operational decisions.
  • Work from London office 3 days a week minimum.
