You'll implement behavior intervention plans as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for children with autism, working with a supportive team. Your work directly impacts patient progress and therapeutic relationships. You'll enjoy guaranteed hours and comprehensive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on patient progress and behavior using an iPad.
• Build rapport with patients and their caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to update intervention plans.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Available Monday–Friday 7:45am–4:30pm.
• Experience working with children.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, sit on floor, lift up to 30 lbs.
