You'll lead the creation of digital ads and assets for top brands, harmonizing speed, style, and scale to produce high-quality assets at a steady pace. Working with a creative team, you'll craft style proposals, sketches, and prototypes, and ensure designs meet client objectives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of high-level experience as senior/lead designer or art director crafting digital ads
• Super slick Photoshop skills
• Strong English communication skills for global clients and colleagues
• Experience with all stages of design process from conceptualization to rollout
• Understanding of typography, interaction design, flow, and storytelling

Responsibilities

• Create style proposals, sketches, and mockups to kickstart design for products, features, and campaigns
• Ensure designs are excellent and aligned with client expectations
• Oversee execution of art direction, offering new angles and practical solutions
• Translate creative/client briefs into thorough design briefs
• Safeguard quality and ensure designs and processes meet client objectives
