💼 About This Role
You'll negotiate complex colocation contracts for Hut 8's data center portfolio, ensuring every megawatt drives maximum return. You'll act as the air traffic controller between physical inventory and digital demand.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define off-take strategy for data center space vs cloud clusters
- Lead negotiations for multi-million dollar contracts from term sheet to final redline
- Balance physical inventory with digital demand to maximize utilization
- Partner with finance and infrastructure teams on commercial deals
📋 Requirements
- Background in data center colocation or cloud infrastructure managing wholesale leases
- Closed multi-million dollar deals personally
- Structure complex agreements with tiered pricing and capacity reservations
- Translate technical power and space requirements into business value
