🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage one or two teams of data scientists and ML engineers
• Provide technical leadership in architecture, design, and code reviews
• Plan and execute technical projects with key stakeholders
• Develop and empower top-class data science practices in the team

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of team leading or management experience in DS/ML teams
• 3+ years of experience in applied ML
• 5+ years of experience in data science
• Capable of leading by example and taking risks

• Experience with customer-facing data science initiatives
• Experience with real-time inference
• Experience with Spark or distributed processing frameworks
