🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and enhance React-based UIs and Amazon Connect CCP extensions.
• Develop and optimize SQL-based data models for analytics and reporting.
• Build AWS integrations using Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
• Implement data pipelines for contact trace records and agent event streams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in React including hooks and state management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and its data/contact flows.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database modeling.

• AWS certifications like Developer Associate or Solutions Architect.
