💼 About This Role

You'll support students with individualized learning, behavioral, and personal care needs in school settings under the direction of a certificated Education Specialist. You'll help implement accommodations, modifications, and behavior plans aligned to students' IEPs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual and small-group support to students under Education Specialist direction.
• Implement accommodations, modifications, and behavior plans from IEPs.
• Support students in general education and special education settings.
• Record student data on instructional programs, IEP goals, and behavior plans.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of college coursework or associate degree or passing paraprofessional assessment.
• Ability to support students with academic, behavioral, and personal care needs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with children in school or behavioral support setting.
• Experience implementing accommodations or behavior supports.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
