You'll design and deliver GTM enablement programs for Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams at a leading digital accessibility platform company. This role builds field-ready playbooks and coaching resources that directly improve execution in customer interactions. You'll have the opportunity to modernize enablement using AI tools and scale impact across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver enablement programs for Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success
• Create onboarding experiences that accelerate time-to-productivity
• Develop playbooks and role-based resources for real customer interactions
• Coach individual contributors on discovery, messaging, and objection handling

📋 Requirements

• 4-7+ years in GTM Enablement or related field
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales or sales-adjacent roles
• Proven experience building enablement programs from scratch in B2B SaaS
• Experience enabling multiple GTM roles, not a single function
