Description

As a Delivery Consultant on Airtable's Professional Services team, you'll design, build, and implement tailored solutions for enterprise customers, managing end-to-end implementations and driving long-term adoption. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, shape best practices, and make a measurable impact on customer success and the platform itself.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in consulting, professional services, or solution delivery
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Airtable, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
• Strong background in workflow design, process mapping, and system implementation
• Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management in enterprise environments
• Excellent consulting and client-facing communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple concurrent enterprise Airtable implementations on time and within scope
• Design scalable, reusable solution patterns and implementation playbooks
• Lead customer onboarding and accelerate time-to-value
• Advise customers on best practices, solution architecture, and workflow design
• Partner with product teams to share customer insights and influence the roadmap
