💼 About This Role

You'll own the data, dashboards, and performance frameworks that power Automatiq's go-to-market execution and revenue strategy. You'll provide proactive insights and visibility tied to company OKRs, working cross-functionally with Revenue, Sales, Product, and Finance teams. This is a highly hands-on role blending analytics, operational rigor, and business judgment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain revenue and GTM dashboards for leadership.
• Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities across pipeline and retention.
• Support annual and quarterly planning with data-backed analysis and scenario modeling.
• Partner with Product, CS, and AM teams on adoption, health scoring, and engagement trends.

📋 Requirements

• 4 to 7 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related function.
• Strong experience building dashboards and reporting for Sales, Revenue, Finance, or Product.
• Strong SQL proficiency to independently query and analyze data across CRM, product, and BI systems.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
