Description

You will lead the preparation and review of SEC filings including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and share-based compensation calculations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial disclosures and support Robinhood's mission of democratizing finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with active CPA or equivalent license
• 5-8 years progressive experience in financial reporting at a public company or public accounting
• Familiarity with SEC Reg. S-X, S-K, and ASC 718
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Workiva, Equity Edge, or Oracle FCCS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy) and XBRL exhibits
• Review monthly share-based compensation calculations (ASC 718) and quarterly cash flows
• Conduct technical accounting research on disclosure matters
• Liaise with external auditors and partner with cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior accounting staff and support ad hoc reporting initiatives
