Description

You will develop, maintain, and analyze schedules for Space Systems programs, ensuring alignment with objectives and resource availability. You'll identify bottlenecks, partner with teams to gather data, and create reports and dashboards to monitor schedule performance. Using ERP/MRP, SQL, or PowerBI, you'll improve scheduling processes and support root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Scheduler in aerospace or technical industry
• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years total work experience
• Detailed knowledge of MS Project and JIRA
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Basic SQL or Power BI experience

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze schedules for Space Systems programs
• Ensure vertical and horizontal integration across all program tiers
• Identify potential bottlenecks and support mitigation strategies
• Create and deliver timely schedule reports and dashboards
• Provide clear priorities to production teams and manage push/pull signals
