You'll partner with Account Executives to drive revenue through technical excellence, closing new business while serving as the link between market needs and product strategy. Your core impact will be designing technical solutions for mid-market and enterprise prospects, and creating a product feedback loop that shapes Brevo's roadmap. This role stands out with its balance of sales, product intelligence, and team enablement.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with Account Executives to win deals through tailored demonstrations and technical discovery.
  • Design technical solutions for API integrations, data flow, and CRM connectivity.
  • Capture and communicate market insights to shape product roadmap.
  • Lead product training sessions and create technical sales collateral.

📋 Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • 4+ years of Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong technical foundation in marketing automation systems, API integrations, and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of APIs (REST, GraphQL), authentication methods, and web protocols.

  • Experience with Customer Data Platform tools.
  • Degree in engineering or business school with strong technical aptitude.
  • Experience collaborating with Product teams to translate market needs into product requirements.
