💼 About This Role

You'll leverage Unity's advertising and monetization platform to optimize key gaming accounts, driving revenue growth through data analytics and strategic insight. You'll build strategic partnerships and maximize business opportunities for mobile gaming clients. This role demands fluency in English and Mandarin.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Achieve business growth targets and manage ad networks: ironSource, Unity Ads, TJ OfferWall.
  • Build strategic partnerships and maximize business opportunities for clients.
  • Analyze data, trends, and account performance to develop account plans.
  • Contribute strategically to product, strategy, and service growth.

📋 Requirements

  • Deep understanding and mobile advertising experience in gaming/E-commerce/internet.
  • Experience developing and pitching solutions via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Track record of successful upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (speak and write).

  • Experience leading/owning projects independently and cross-team collaboration.
  • Data analysis skills with Excel/Powerpoint or Google deck.
  • Proficiency in acquisition and monetization.
