Description
You will provide timely and accurate support to customers via phone and email, document interactions in Salesforce, triage requests, and conduct demos while contributing to team knowledge sharing. This role is critical in nurturing customer relationships and helping build Carta's investor platform.
Requirements
- Professional English fluency (written and verbal)
- Ability to articulate technical software issues and equity/finance/accounting questions
- Comfortable learning quickly and taking on new challenges
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure with strong problem-solving curiosity
- Experience in customer service or client-facing role within SaaS
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate information to inbound customer requests via phone and email
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions within Salesforce
- Triage incoming requests and identify trends/patterns across customer base
- Conduct demos/webinars with customers as scheduled
- Provide front-line support for all competencies managed by the IS Support Team
