💼 About This Role

You'll own and grow Clipboard's presence in your local market as a field-based market owner, building relationships and signing new healthcare facility partners. Your success is measured by revenue growth, and you'll spend most of your week meeting with Administrators and Staffing Coordinators at long term care facilities. This is a chance to shape Clipboard's next stage of growth in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and site visits
  • Maintain pipeline and activity tracking in CRM

📋 Requirements

  • 0–2 years (early) or 3–5+ years (experienced) in field sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel locally 60–80% with a reliable vehicle
  • Prospecting, closing, and account expansion experience
