• Network aggressively for dirt and aggregate import/export partnerships.
• Analyze efficiency improvements for dirt and aggregate operations.
• Propose cost reduction and revenue increase ideas to owner.
• Locate strategic sites for dirt disposal.
• Coordinate with hauling companies for long-term partnerships.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in aggregates.
• Strong understanding of production processes.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
