💼 About This Role

You'll build mobile connectivity solutions for travelers at Saily, an AI-native product engineering team. You'll own problems end-to-end from idea to production, using AI agents to write most of the code and maximize your impact. This role offers the chance to work with a tech stack across iOS, Android, and backend in a remote-first, autonomous culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own problems end-to-end—from idea to production
• Deliver features without fully defined specifications
• Work directly with product, design, data, and engineers
• Use AI agents for coding, testing, and iteration

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience building real products
• Proven experience designing and deploying AI-native tools with measurable adoption
• Strong expertise in native iOS or Android development
• Comfortable operating with minimal guidance and no initial acceptance criteria
