You will support Nabis' growing New York market by acting as an extension of the operations team, aligning brand and retail partner goals with day-to-day activities. Your work ensures partners receive responsive, empathetic support while helping drive operational success in the cannabis industry.

Requirements

• 2 years relevant work/customer service experience
• Strong communication across phone, Zendesk, and Slack
• High patience and empathy for partners
• Basic knowledge of payments and collections
• Ability to multitask and work occasional evening/weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide support to internal and external Nabis partners (brands and retailers)
• Execute inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
• Maintain response times, missed call rates, and other KPIs
• Monitor communications to keep other departments informed
• Identify and escalate issues to appropriate channels
