As Account Director, you will lead account management processes on the Healthcare team, acting as a senior solution-oriented leader who develops lasting client relationships. You'll provide strategic leadership, guide clients with strategy and insights, and grow business by identifying needs and implementing solutions.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of account management/consulting experience in advertising agency focused on healthcare
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working in healthcare systems
• Strong background in advertising, online experience, analytics, and strategic planning
• Advanced client management skills, especially expanding business within existing clients

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead all account management processes on the Healthcare team
• Provide strategic leadership for the Account Management team
• Serve as trusted voice of the consumer by assimilating insights into strategies
