💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Intelligence Core of Transmit Security's fraud detection platform, managing Fraud Data Science, Fraud Research, and Fraud Analytics teams. You'll serve as a production owner ensuring observability and quality of live detection logic. Customer-facing responsibilities include high-stakes meetings with CISOs and Fraud Heads to align roadmaps.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of Data Scientists, Researchers, and Analysts.
• Act as primary technical fraud authority in customer meetings with CISOs.
• Own end-to-end monitoring and health of fraud detection in production.
• Serve as escalation point for critical detection failures and performance issues.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in fraud detection or cybersecurity with 3+ years managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record owning production systems with observability and on-call rotations.
• Mastery of Python and SQL for hands-on code review and data exploration.
• Deep understanding of machine learning lifecycle in low-latency, high-scale environments.
