Description

You will provide application support for the TrakCare Hospital Management System, responding to customer inquiries and liaising between customers and global support. You'll conduct training, product demos, and workshops, and serve as a subject matter expert for TrakCare.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
• Understanding and experience in implementing product solutions
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Experience with Hospital Information, PAS, or Clinical Information Systems preferred
• Ability to design and write specification documents for customer requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate response to customer inquiries per service standards
• Support current installed base customers and liaise with global support
• Provide application support for TrakCare Hospital Management System
• Conduct individual and group training, product demonstrations, and workshops
• Participate in on-site implementations and on-call 24-hour roster
