You will negotiate and manage complex contracts for Starlink's global ground infrastructure, including colocation agreements, land leases, and construction services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract terms with technical and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation to support rapid network expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, supply chain or 2+ years contract negotiation experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts in telecom, datacenter, or infrastructure procurement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management tools.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage contracts for ground infrastructure (colocation, leases, construction, maintenance).
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, and operations on contract terms.
• Conduct risk assessments and vendor due diligence to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor contract performance, resolve disputes, and manage amendments.
• Develop and maintain key supplier relationships to negotiate favorable terms.
