You will design, build, and maintain scalable data products and backend services for the Data Insights team at Roku, working with cross-functional teams to power analytics and measurement capabilities that shape the advertising ecosystem.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in big data technologies (Apache Spark, Apache Airflow)
• Experience building high-scale data services
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong track record in production-grade data products

Responsibilities

• Design and build APIs and backend services using Spring Boot
• Develop and maintain data pipelines with Apache Spark and Apache Airflow
• Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing for reliability and performance
• Develop and fine-tune complex queries using Druid, Trino, and StarRocks
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
