You'll work alongside Solution Consultants and Solution Architects to configure the RainFocus platform for Fortune 500 clients. You'll ensure successful implementations by gathering requirements and mitigating risks. This role offers the chance to become a platform expert in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Become an expert in the RainFocus platform
• Train client admins on RainFocus tools and processes
• Configure the RainFocus platform based on requirements
• Document requirements, solution designs, and testing plans

📋 Requirements

• Software implementation experience (less than 3 years)
• Ability to think strategically to support business goals
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve
• Must be able to travel up to 20%

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise clients
• Proven success in creating efficiencies through process design
• Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, JSON
