You'll support Double the Donation's sales team by managing inbound leads, optimizing CRM, and building AI-assisted automations to streamline outreach. You'll help maintain data accuracy and improve team efficiency through process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage inbound demo requests and lead routing logic
• Maintain CRM data hygiene through audits and de-duplication
• Build sales templates, playbooks, and email sequences
• Create workflows and AI automations using HubSpot, Make, Clay

📋 Requirements

• Based in Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong academic background with outstanding GWA
• Demonstrated success in previous roles supported by achievements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot, Make, or Clay
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Background in Sales Operations or Administration
