💼 About This Role

You'll manage a patient panel with broad needs in a Direct Primary Care model with 30-minute appointments and in-house generic meds. You'll provide acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via telehealth. This role offers small panel sizes and no insurance billing for true physician autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office procedures and telehealth visits
• Collaborate with NP or PA colleagues daily
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and learning

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics (or eligible with 1 year plan)
• State licensed in Colorado before start date
