Description
You will review photos of damaged vehicles, estimate repair costs, coordinate with repair shops, and schedule repairs to ensure vehicles are delivered on time. This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency of our reconditioning process as we scale Canada's largest online used car retailer.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (minimum G2)
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Strong computer skills with workflow tools
- Customer service and professional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Review damage photos and estimate repair costs
- Coordinate with repair shops for quotes and scheduling
- Process invoices and maintain repair records
- Communicate scheduling updates to management
- Resolve discrepancies between shops and internal teams
