🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct 1:1 sessions to assess relationship goals
• Review member questionnaires and emotional check-ins
• Facilitate individual and couple sessions with digital tools
• Engage with expert community in peer learning

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience with couples and individuals
• Graduate degree in mental health and licensure
• Open to integrating digital tools into practice
• Fluent English speaker with trust-building ability

• Skilled in EFT, CBT, IFS, DBT, Gottman, or Differentiation
• Comfortable in fast-paced agile environment
• Ability to improvise in tense situations
