Description

You will lead and scale payroll operations across the U.S. and internationally, overseeing a large workforce with complex compensation. You'll own payroll for 1,600 US/Canadian employees, manage international payroll through providers, and support month-end close while partnering with Accounting, Finance, and HR.

Requirements

• 12+ years of payroll experience including leadership in a public company
• Experience with variable compensation structures and equity awards
• Extensive experience with UKG payroll system
• Strong knowledge of multi-state US payroll regulations
• Working knowledge of Canadian and European payroll requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll for 1,600 US/Canadian employees, including hourly, commission, and overtime pay
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international payroll regulations
• Serve as internal payroll subject matter expert and resolve complex payroll issues
• Manage a team of four payroll professionals
• Coordinate with payroll providers in France, UK, Germany, and Netherlands
• Support month-end close with accruals, reconciliations, and flux analysis
