You'll lead EPC teams for utility-scale solar and storage projects, managing construction from design through commercial operation. Your core impact is proactively controlling cost, cash flow, and schedules while ensuring successful project milestones. This role offers direct interaction with executives and key counterparties at a leading clean energy developer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day EPC team functions from design to commercial operation
• Manage project budgets, cashflows, and milestone dates in internal tools
• Negotiate change orders, amendments, and consultant contracts
• Coordinate Owner Furnished Equipment deliveries and project-level contracts

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field
• 10+ years of construction project management in solar or utility infrastructure
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a lean team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Experience with a solar developer or IPP
• Schedule software experience (MS Project or Sitetracker)
