💼 About This Role
You'll lead schedule development and management for a large, complex heavy-civil rail infrastructure program in San Francisco. You'll oversee integrated CPM schedules using Primavera P6 across design, procurement, and construction phases. This role offers the opportunity to work on underground rail extension and multi-modal transit hub in a dense urban environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain integrated CPM schedules using Primavera P6
- Lead schedule development for underground construction including tunneling and stations
- Perform critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule risk identification
- Coordinate with construction teams to validate schedule progress against field conditions
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering
- 10+ years of experience in construction scheduling on large infrastructure projects
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling methodologies
- Experience with underground rail transit projects in dense urban environments
✨ Nice to Have
- Master's degree in engineering or construction management
- Experience with tunneling methods (TBM, mined tunnel, cut-and-cover)
- Familiarity with schedule risk analysis tools (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations)
