You will lead the support, enhancement, and global deployment of Medical Affairs technology platforms at a late-stage oncology company. This role involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring system integrations, and driving continuous improvement to meet business and compliance needs.

Requirements

  • 11+ years delivering technology services, including 5+ years implementing Medical Affairs solutions
  • Strong expertise in Medical Affairs platforms (Publications Management, Medical Information, Funding Management, etc.)
  • Deep medical affairs domain knowledge
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and system integrations in fast-paced environments
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory, compliance, and data privacy requirements

Responsibilities

  • Technical ownership of Medical Information and Funding management solution including support, enhancement, and global deployment
  • Vendor management and coordination for Medical Affairs platforms
  • Partner with Medical Affairs Operations and cross-functional IS teams to prioritize and deliver new capabilities
  • Ensure system integrations (real-time and batch) and support data and omnichannel initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain platform health and compliance
