💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team building self-serve products like Console and Product Playground for Deepgram's Voice AI platform. Your work directly shapes customer first impressions and drives product-led growth. You'll partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to execute the next-generation vision for AI-native developer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of frontend and backend engineers building web applications and account management services
• Work with leadership and product management on roadmap refinement for AI-native developer experience
• Oversee technical design, task decomposition, and daily standups to ensure on-schedule execution
• Drive self-serve growth engine including activation funnels, in-product upgrade flows, and PLG experimentation

📋 Requirements

• Strong technical background building world-class user-facing applications
• Proven management and leadership experience
• Ability to drive technical decisions in a scalable and thoughtful manner
• Passion for mentoring and coaching team members and navigating startup constraints

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building AI-powered developer tooling (playgrounds, SDKs, interactive docs)
• Experience shipping agentic or voice AI integrations (MCP servers, function-calling pipelines)
• Experience driving PLG at a developer-tools company
