You'll join the talent pool for a Controller Analyst role at CI&T, a tech transformation company. You'll provide financial analysis and support project profitability. Your profile will be considered when the position opens.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend to internal clients within project contexts.
• Provide financial analyses for decision-making and project profitability.
• Support managers in planning (Forecast, Budget, and Actual).
• Create scenarios, projections, and variance analyses.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Controller area.
• Experience with P&L, financial indicators, and project profitability analysis.
• Degree in Economics, Administration, or Accounting.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Familiarity with GSuite (Sheets, Docs, Presentation).
• Knowledge of Macro/VBA for Excel or Scripts for Google Sheets.
