🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with site managers on workforce planning and retention
• Ensure consistent People practices across all locations
• Handle employee relations with empathy and clarity
• Build and monitor core HR metrics

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of HR Manager experience
• Experience supporting large non-exempt teams
• Knowledge of wage and hour laws
• Ability to coach frontline and mid-level managers
