Description
You will own the day-to-day health of premium publisher relationships, monitoring performance, solving technical issues, and delivering consultative service to grow revenue. Success means proactively managing portfolio health, ensuring retention, and delivering strategic quarterly reviews.
Requirements
- 3–4 years in a publisher-facing role at an SSP, DSP, or ad tech platform
- Fluency in programmatic fundamentals across mobile, video, and CTV
- Proven ability to manage multiple relationships and resolve issues
- Experience preparing and presenting data-driven business reviews
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills for supply-side integrations

- Monitor portfolio performance and flag revenue trends proactively
