Description

You will lead the fabrication of complex, precision tube assemblies for the Starship vehicle. You'll mentor junior technicians, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards while working closely with engineering.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 3+ years experience in manufacturing or production
• Experience with thin-walled tubing and materials like Inconel, titanium, aluminum
• Experience operating CNC bending machines (Crippa, BLM, Horn preferred)
• Ability to interpret blueprints and articulate work instructions

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate tube bending operations across teams
• Oversee setup, operation, and troubleshooting of advanced tube-bending equipment
• Work with engineering to prove out designs to blueprint with minimum fixtures
• Mentor and train technicians on best practices and safety protocols
• Develop and manage actions to improve quality and productivity
