Description

As an Operations Associate at ALO, you'll support store operations including inventory management, shipment processing, and visual merchandising to drive efficiency and profitability. You'll work closely with the team to maintain strong stockroom standards and ensure a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with management to address process gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor
• Ensure safe work environment and efficient stockroom standards
