Description
Lead the vehicle attributes sciences team to integrate and validate whole vehicle performance, including simulation and testing, ensuring designs meet safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate across R&D departments to balance budget and drive vehicle development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's in mechanical, automotive, or electrical engineering
- 10+ years in vehicle characteristics development and simulation
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including electrification and chassis
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience with regulatory and homologation standards
Responsibilities
- Lead vehicle attributes sciences team to ensure integration strategy
- Develop validation and verification plans for vehicle systems
