💼 About This Role

You'll accompany small groups of senior travelers on 2-3 week all-country tours, acting as host, guide, and manager. You'll ensure their safety, maintain the itinerary, and deliver authentic sustainable experiences across Costa Rica. This role offers further education opportunities and a path to operational or coordinator positions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as PURAVENTURA host, guide, interpreter, and manager for senior travelers
• Maintain the travel itinerary, making changes only when necessary
• Ensure traveler safety and operate a smooth tour
• Track daily expenses, save receipts, and stay under trip budget

📋 Requirements

• C2 level of French or German language
• Fluent in Spanish
• Valid work/guide permissions in Costa Rica
• First Aid Certification including CPR and Heimlich maneuver

✨ Nice to Have

• Good English communication skills
• Previous working experience as Tour Conductor or guide in Costa Rica
