💼 About This Role

You'll direct flex employees and temporary workforce in a fulfillment center, ensuring adherence to customer specifications. You'll set up and monitor production lines, participate in kit preparation, and conduct in-process audits for quality. This role offers 2nd shift hours (3pm-11pm) in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in general fulfillment operations.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day.
• Prior experience in a fulfillment environment.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with safety practices.
