🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor production supervisors and frontline teams.
• Champion EHS culture and enforce compliance with safety standards.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Management.
• 10+ years experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years in manufacturing leadership.
• Lean manufacturing experience.

• Experience with ERP and MES systems like Oracle and Forge.
