🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 3rd level technical support for NATO CIS services
• Perform fault diagnosis using IT management systems
• Execute routine maintenance on infrastructure and equipment
• Update system documentation and perform backup/restore procedures

📋 Requirements

• CCNA certification (200-301) or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches
• In-depth knowledge of network security principles and practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with EIGRP and IS-IS
• Experience with network automation and orchestration systems
• Knowledge of IP Diffserv QoS in Networks
