You'll manage provider schedules and operational workflows at Clarity Pediatrics, a Series A startup redefining pediatric chronic care. Your work ensures 100+ providers deliver care efficiently, directly improving children's health access. You'll join a mission-driven, female-led team with autonomy and growth from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage provider schedules and ensure calendar accuracy
• Execute onboarding workflows for new providers on time
• Update and manage provider data in Airtable and other systems
• Run regular audits to identify and correct data errors

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, biz ops, or consulting
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets and operational tools
• Clear communicator and strong team player
